March 7, 2014 - Affordable Housing Press Release

A presentation on the design of the Downtown Streetscape project was made to the Delphi City Council at a working session on January 20, 2014.  A copy of the presentation can be reviewed here.

Delphi is accepting applications for Phase 2 of the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation program. A public hearing will be held January 16 at 7:00 pm at the Canal Center to review the program details and to answer questions about the program. To be eligible, participants must submit an application. Applications can be picked up at City Hall, or by clicking on the link below. Questions regarding the program should be directed to Shawn Cain at KIRPC at (219) 253-6658.

Plans are complete for the Delphi Opera House, and the project is out to bid. The bid opening is scheduled for March 19 at 2pm at City Hall.

Bids were received on the Phase 1 Gateway Trail. The contract will be awarded to Yardberry Landscape of Anderson. Work is scheduled to start in the spring.
