The Delphi City Court is a court of limited jurisdiction, where traffic infractions, and ordinance violations cases are heard and decided. The City Judge is elected to a 4-year term. The City Judge presides over the City Court.

Traffic Violations Bureau: Persons charged with traffic infractions and ordinance violations may be permitted to plead guilty and pay a fine through the Court's Traffic Violations Bureau without appearing in court. To determine if you are eligible, please contact the City Court Clerk.

Court times:
Initial hearings on infraction and ordinance violation cases are held on the first and third Tuesday of the month at 4:00pm. The Court reserves the right to amend this schedule.
